Our Rhubarb-Rosemary vinegar provides the base of this great mustard along with yellow & brown mustard seed and honey that threads the needle between spicy and sweet nicely. Obliviously great on brats, but also a great rub for chicken & other meats or whisk a little into any of our shrubs or vinegars for a superb dressing for slaw or salads!
