- 6 garnet or jewell yams
- 2 apples peeled core and sliced
- 2 T Clover Valley Farms Honey Sweetened Rhubarb Wine Vinegar
- ½ cup butter
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 1/2 cup maple syrup

- Clean yams, place in kettle of boiling water, cook for 20 min. or until can be pierced with fork, cool and peel.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, slice yams into ½’’ rings and place 1 layer in 9×13’’ pan.
- Toss apples with vinegar, place 1 layer over yams and continue layering yams and apples until all are in pan.
- Melt butter in saucepan, add nutmeg and syrup, pour over yams and apples.
- Bake for 30 mins.
- Serve hot.
