Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 cup cooked brown rice cooled
  • 1/2 cup water chestnuts or daikon radish chopped
  • 1 medium red pepper chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup broccoli chopped
  • 1 cup green onion finely chopped
  • 1 large stalk celery finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 t fresh ginger
  • 1/3 cup orange juice concentrate
  • 1 T canola oil + 1sesame or walnut oil
  • 2 T tamari
  • 1 T Clover Valley Farms Herb Infused Vinegar
  • 1/2 t cayenne
  • 1/2 t sugar

Instructions
  1. Combine salad ingredients and dressing ingredients separately.
  2. Mix to combine.
  3. Chill and serve at room temperature.
