Bonita’s Bok Choy Salad

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 T sugar
  • 3 oz. package Ramen noodles
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup Clover Valley Farms Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1 large head bok choy
  • 4 green onions

Instructions
  1. Melt butter in skillet, add dry ramen noodles, almonds, sesame seeds and sugar.
  2. Stir until golden brown and set aside.
  3. Mix vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce and pour over chopped bok choy and onions.
  4. Top with ramen and almond crunchy mixture.
