Braised Rabbit

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lbs rabbit meat diced
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 green pepper cut into strips
  • 4 oz Cremini mushrooms
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1/4 t Clover Valley Farms Garlic Infused Salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 2 T flour

Instructions
  1. Place diced rabbit in a slow cooker with water, bouillon, soy sauce, garlic salt, sugar, black pepper, and green pepper.
  2. Cover and cook on low setting for 4-6 hours; add mushrooms.
  3. Turn heat to high.
  4. Whisk together melted butter and flour.
  5. Add mixture to slow cooker and cook until thickened, stirring often.
