Ingredients
- 1 cup ground yellow mustard
- 4 T coarsely ground yellow mustard seeds
- 4 T coarsely ground brown mustard seeds
- 2 t salt
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup + 2 T Clover Valley Farms Dill Infused Rhubarb Wine Vinegar
- 2 T apple cider

- Mix all wet ingredients and add dry ingredients one at a time.
- Mix thoroughly to blend.
Recipe Notes
Makes about 2 cups. Thick and spicy! Great for pork chops, brats or as a snack with pretzels.
