Ingredients
- 1 cup ground yellow mustard
- 2 T coarsely ground black mustard seeds
- 1 T coarsely ground yellow mustard seeds
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 cup Clover Valley Farms Juneberry-Currant Rosemary Honey Vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey warmed in microwave or double boiler
- 1/4 cup apple cider

- Mix all wet ingredients and add dry ingredients one at a time.
- Mix throughout to blend.
Recipe Notes
Makes about 2 cups. Sweet and spicy! Great on grilled meats or as a dip with pretzels or crackers and cheese.
