Ingredients
  • 1 cup ground yellow mustard
  • 2 T coarsely ground black mustard seeds
  • 1 T coarsely ground yellow mustard seeds
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/4 cup Clover Valley Farms Juneberry-Currant Rosemary Honey Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey warmed in microwave or double boiler
  • 1/4 cup apple cider

  1. Mix all wet ingredients and add dry ingredients one at a time.
  2. Mix throughout to blend.
Recipe Notes

Makes about 2 cups. Sweet and spicy! Great on grilled meats or as a dip with pretzels or crackers and cheese.
