Ingredients
  • 1 lb rabbit diced
  • 1/2 lb ground suet you can substitute lard or vegetable shortening
  • 1 T Clover Valley Farms Basil Infused Salt
  • 1 lb tomatoes chopped, undrained
  • 1/2 cup cooked spaghetti or other noodles in 2 inch pieces
  • 1 cup frozen green peas
  • 1/2 cup dry navy beans soaked overnight
  • 1 medium potato diced
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 stalk celery sliced
  • 1/4 t black pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 T fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 medium carrot diced
  • Italian cheese for garnish

Instructions
  1. Place meat in the bottom of a crock pot; cover with all remaining ingredients.
  2. Stir to blend; cover and cook on low heat for 10-12 hours.
  3. Garnish each serving with Parmesan or another Italian style cheese.
