Crock-pot Rabbit
  • 4-5lbs rabbit
  • 1bulb garlicseparated
  • 1cup hot water
  • 2 medium onionssliced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1clove garlicsliced
  • 2T soy sauce
  1. Rub the rabbit all over with salt and pepper.
  2. Insert garlic cloves throughout the cavity.
  3. Place 1 sliced onion in the bottom of the crock pot; add rabbit and remaining ingredients and cover.
  4. Cook on low heat for 10-12 hours.
  5. Remove rabbit from pot and cover to keep warm.
  6. Whisk 1-2 T flour into an equal amount of water, then stir into crock pot and cook on high heat, stirring until gravy is thickened.
