Ingredients
  • 3 cups cooked rabbit meat diced
  • 2 cups cooked potatoes diced
  • 2 cups rabbit or chicken stock
  • 1 t parsley
  • 1 T onion chopped
  • 1 t Clover Valley Farms Savory Infused Salt
  • 1/4 t black pepper
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 2 T oil

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. In a greased casserole dish, layer rabbit meat and potatoes.
  3. In a skillet, brown onion in oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add flour, salt, and pepper to skillet, blending well; add broth and cook stirring gently, until thick.
  5. Stir in parsley, then remove from heat and pour over rabbit and potato mixture.
  6. Place biscuit dough rounds on top.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden-brown and center of casserole is 160-170 degrees F.
