Gently melt white chocolate in a double boiler (no double boiler? simply nest a small pot inside a large one with water).
Add honey and continue to heat until smooth.
Add 1 tsp of the vinegar, mix and continue to heat gently, the chocolate will curdle a bit. DON’T WORRY, continue mixing in the remaining 3 tsp more of vinegar and it will smooth out.
Serve warm or refrigerate if you want a thicker consistency.
