Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rabbit cut into small cubes.
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup rabbit or chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots lightly steamed
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 2 T onion minced
  • 1/4 t summer savory
  • salt and pepper to taste try it with Clover Valley Farms Savory Infused Salt!
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 T milk
  • 1 pinch dried sage
  • 1 pinch dried savory

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients through salt and pepper in a saucepan; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine biscuit mix, milk and dried herbs; stir lightly with a fork and drop by spoonfuls onto the rabbit mixture.
  3. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
  4. Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
