Ingredients
- 1 small rabbit cut into pieces
- 1 t black pepper
- 1/2 t rosemary
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 t Clover Valley Farms Garlic Infused Salt
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1/4 t red pepper flakes
- 1 cup dry white wine

Instructions
- Season rabbit pieces with salt and pepper.
- Mix together oil, rosemary, garlic and red pepper.
- Place meat in a single layer in a dish and pour oil marinade mixture over meat, turning to coat.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator overnight of for at least 12 hours, turning meat several times.
- Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add rabbit and marinade to pan, cover and cook until rabbit is browned all over.
- Add wine, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for another 30-40 minutes or until meat is tender.
