Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup rabbit meat cooked and diced
- 1 T butter
- 2 T butter
- 1/4 t Clover Valley Farms Basil or Savory Infused Salt
- 1/4 t paprika
- 1 t lemon juice
- 3/4 cup spaghetti cooked
- 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1 T flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 t black pepper
- 1/2 t dry mustard
- 1/4 t dried onion flakes
- 1/4 lb parmesan grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degree F.
- Make a white sauce by combining the flour, 1 T butter, milk and salt; add the pepper, paprika, lemon juice and onion flakes to the sauce and bring to a boil.
- Sauté the cooked rabbit, spaghetti and mushrooms in the remaining butter.
- Place the mixture in a greased casserole dish.
- Melt the remaining 2 T butter.
- Mix breadcrumbs, butter and cheese together.
- Sprinkle over the top of the casserole dish.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until crumbs are browned and sauce is bubbly. *If crumbs brown too quickly, be prepared to cover with foil to prevent burning.
