Ingredients
  • 1/2oz simple syrupequal parts sugar and water
  • 1/2oz Clover Valley Farms Rhubarb-Mint Shrub
  • 1/2oz lime Juice
  • 1 1/2oz White Winter Winery “Mystic Fire” Raspberry Spirit
  • Club Soda
  • mint leaves
Instructions
  1. In cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves, lime juice, simple syrup and shrub.
  2. Add Mystic Fire and ice and shake well.
  3. Strain into highball glass with ice.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves.
