  • 2 cups rhubarb
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions
  1. Cut up rhubarb into 1 inch pieces.
  2. Mix rhubarb and sugar in a saucepan. Stir on low heat.
  3. Once you notice signs of liquid, raise the temperature to medium heat.
  4. Keep stirring until the mixture has a saucy texture.
  5. You can add cinnamon and a dash of nutmeg.

A super easy sauce to make and freeze in quart size zip-lock bags to enjoy all year. Wonderful served on cakes, sweet breads or ice cream!
