Snackin’ Good Garlic
  1. Fill a standard 1 quart canning jar with peeled garlic cloves.
  2. Cover with boiling water and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Pour water off and repeat the process.
  4. Combine vinegar, salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.
  5. Pour mixture over garlic.
  6. Seal jars and process in a boiling water bath for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Store sealed jars in the cupboard for 1-2 weeks for maximum flavor.
Recipe Notes

Enjoy marinated garlic cloves right from the jar as appetizers. Use as a condiment on veggies, as a spicy addition to chilled salads, or in salsas and dressing. Try using different vinegar infusions including Juneberry Currant Basil vinegar, or Juneberry Currant Red Chili Vinegar. Yum!
