Ingredients
  • 3/8 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 T mint
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 t thyme
  • 1/8 t sage
  • 1/8 t cinnamon
  • 1/8 t ground ginger
  • 1/8 t ground pepper
  • ¼ cup red wine
  • 1 ½ slices French bread
  • 2 T Clover Valley Farms Herb Infused Vinegar try Sage or Mint
  • 1/8 t salt

Instructions
  1. Soak bread with wine and vinegar.
  2. Wash and puree herbs.
  3. Blend in bread mixture and salt.
  4. Serve as a sauce with pork chops, lamb, poultry or rabbit.
