Ingredients
- 3/8 cup chopped parsley
- 1 T mint
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 t thyme
- 1/8 t sage
- 1/8 t cinnamon
- 1/8 t ground ginger
- 1/8 t ground pepper
- ¼ cup red wine
- 1 ½ slices French bread
- 2 T Clover Valley Farms Herb Infused Vinegar try Sage or Mint
- 1/8 t salt

Instructions
- Soak bread with wine and vinegar.
- Wash and puree herbs.
- Blend in bread mixture and salt.
- Serve as a sauce with pork chops, lamb, poultry or rabbit.
