Spring Foraged Saute

As the second in my new series of wild foraging videos, I show you a quick saute I pulled together using what was available that day…dandelion greens, day lily shoots & tubers, curly & yellow dock leaves & roots and stinging nettle shoots. It was delicious!

While spring is rapidly being replaced by summer, there is still time…go out and walk through your back yard or neighborhood looking for them and try you hand at it!
